He/she must pass the technical/psychometric assessment for Pilots as per the Airline and respective civil aviation authority standards.
Possesses acceptable industry knowledge in aircraft systems and operating procedures.
Exposure to QA/Safety/Security/Audit procedures and practices related to and affecting Flight Operations.
Capable of implementing policies, procedures, and manuals as per approved standards and regulations.
Cost-oriented, possesses effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
High accuracy and attention to both results and details.

Preferred

Training in safety and emergency response is essential – a formal qualification is an advantage.
Basic Airport, security procedures and regulations training is an advantage.
Crew Resources Management Training is considered an advantage.
IATA principles & standards relating to security is an advantage.

Job description

We have an exciting opportunity to share from our group company, Fly Jinnah - Pakistan's newest airline. We are currently seeking skilled A320 Type-rated Foreign/Expat pilots to join our Pilots team on a fixed-term contract.

Roster & Day off

You are entitled to 30 calendar days of Annual Leave Vacation (ALV) per completed year of service (accruing at 2.5 days per month).

Paid vacation is granted following the successful completion of initial training and Line Flying release in the UAE, as well as upon the start of regular rostered flying duties in Pakistan.

Your paid vacation days will be combined with rostered OFF days each month, guaranteeing a minimum of seven consecutive free-of-duty days (Paid Vacation + OFF days) per month

Summary

During the Training period (Until the Final Line Check) you will be paid AED 22,000 (Equivalent to US$6,000) (Net Salary) / per month (Pro-rated for the part of the month) plus Per diem.
Monthly Salary after Training / Final Line Check: (For Up to 60 Block hours in a month): AED 33,800 (Equivalent to US$ 9,200) / per month (Net Salary) plus Per Diem
Flying pay above 60 block hours in a month: Every block hour above 60 Block hours in a month will be paid @ AED. 475 (Equivalent to US$ 130)
Per Diem: AED 184 (Equivalent of US$ 50) per day (On an average of US$ 1,500 per month), will be paid towards food and other miscellaneous expenses.
You will be provided with suitable hotel accommodation on a Bed & Breakfast basis at the base of operation and layover stations for the full duration of the contract. In addition, personal laundry at the Hotel – 4 pieces of clothes per day.
You will be provided with suitable ground transportation from Accommodation to and from Airports/Office for all rostered flight duties.
The company shall arrange and pay for economy class tickets at the commencement and end of the contract along with up to 50 kilos of baggage allowance.
Unlimited standby tickets on Air Arabia group network during the contract period.
After completion of 6 months, you will be eligible for MYID travel benefits.
You will be provided with uniforms and laundry service for the duration of the contract.
