Summary
- All pilots’ vacancies are without restrictions and are open for non-EU candidates as well. Residence permit / work permit / visa sponsorship is provided by AirBaltic given you meet all requirements, inclusive of possessing a current, unexpired EASA license.
- Salary: Annual average base salary (includes 60 BH/month) 46 200 EUR gross, new remuneration is effective as of 01.01.2025
- airBaltic offers a fast track to command for skilled pilots who demonstrate experience, performance and leadership. Fast track upgrade to Captain within a year (Captain level 1 salary is EUR 9790; Captain level 2 EUR 10820; Captain level 3 EUR 11440)
- All amounts are presented before taxes. Current tax rate in Latvia is approximately 33%.
- Flexible roster with possibility to bid for preferred days off and flights or fixed roster with pattern 5 on/4 off/ 5 on/ 3 off
- Minimum of 11 days off per month, with 2 blocks of 4 days off for flexible roster
- Permanent employment contract with three months’ probation period
- A220 type rating covered by us with a 3-year bond
- Roster for the next month published 14 calendar days in advance
