Additional requirements

Tertiary qualifications in management, business/commerce, aviation, project management or a related discipline
10 + years experience working within aviation or military operations
ATPL (Pilot Licence) with training qualifications
Previous experience as an instructor or examiner
Working knowledge of CASA regulations and industry guidance and requirements
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to educate, lead and influence stakeholders across all levels of the business
The ability to identify business performance improvement opportunities through logical problem solving, strategic, analytical and financial evaluation skills
The ability to think strategically in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
