Additional requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in management, business/commerce, aviation, project management or a related discipline
- 10 + years experience working within aviation or military operations
- ATPL (Pilot Licence) with training qualifications
- Previous experience as an instructor or examiner
- Working knowledge of CASA regulations and industry guidance and requirements
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to educate, lead and influence stakeholders across all levels of the business
- The ability to identify business performance improvement opportunities through logical problem solving, strategic, analytical and financial evaluation skills
- The ability to think strategically in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
