Job description

The airBaltic fleet of 48 Airbus A220-300 aircraft is set to expand to 100 aircraft by 2030. To support this expansion, we are looking for First Officers to join our Pilot Community.

Summary

All pilots’ vacancies are without restrictions and are open for non-EU candidates as well. Residence permit / work permit / visa sponsorship is provided by AirBaltic given you meet all requirements, inclusive of possessing a current, unexpired EASA license.
Salary: Annual average base salary (includes 60 BH/month) 39 600 EUR gross, new remuneration is effective as of 01.01.2025.
First Officer level 1 salary: EUR 5770 (EUR 4500 base salary, plus EUR 880 productivity, plus EUR 390 duty compensation)
First Officer level 2 salary: EUR 6090 (EUR 4900 base salary, plus EUR 800 productivity, plus EUR 390 duty compensation)
First Officer level 3 salary: EUR 6590 (EUR 5300 base salary, plus EUR 900 productivity, plus EUR 390 duty compensation)
Senior First Officer salary: EUR 7300 (EUR 6000 base salary, plus EUR 910 productivity, plus EUR 390 duty compensation)
All amounts are presented before taxes. Current tax rate in Latvia is approximately 33%.
Flexible roster with a minimum of 11 days off per month, with 2 blocks of 4 days off

Permanent employment contract with three months’ probation period
A220 type rating covered by us with a 3-year bond
Roster for the next month published 14 calendar days in advance
