Job description
Detection Pilots support our Fire and Survey contracts and act as Pilot- In-Command of the Cessna 337 Skymaster or Diamond DA 42. As a Detection Pilot, you will conduct VFR patrols in search of lightning and human-caused wildfires across Northern Ontario. Aerial fire detection plays a critical role in the governments wildfire management strategy to help ensure wildfires are found early when they are still small enough to be controlled.
