Fixed Roster (but ONLY after the first twelve months).

Cons

Bad training, low quality of F/Os, very limited amount of destinations, horrible flight ops management, horrible upper management. Accident to happen.

Advice to management

Implement culture. Promote based on merit, not who you know. Avoid "mono" culture of Germans

Advice to future employees

Stay away. Don't get lured into the "high" wages.
