Additional requirements
- Must hold a valid Airline Transport Pilot License
- A valid instrument rating and a type rating for at least one of the airplanes contained in the Wasaya Aircraft fleet
- 3 years previous experience as Pilot In Command on HS74, DH8, ATR42 or equivalent
- Ability to hold a RAIC
- Identify proof of full COVID-19 Vaccination
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to supervise and train employees, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments
- Solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of Windows applications is preferred
- Thorough understanding of protocol within the region and of Wasaya policies and procedures
- Able to plan and organize the activities of others
