Flight time notes
- 1000 hours must be multi-engine turbine (preferred) flight time
- 1000 hours total flight time will be air carrier experience
- Must have at least 1000 hours of air carrier experience as defined by FAR 121.436. If transitioning from a scheduled 135 operation without any 121 hours, signing an affidavit of compliance with FAA Regulation § 121.436(3) is mandatory prior to hire.

Additional requirements
- Must possess High School Diploma/GED
- Must possess all current ratings to operate commercial aircraft for a Part 121 operation, including an Airline Transport Pilot certificate
- Must not have a record of any FAA Certificate Action or Administrative Action within the prior 24 months
- Must have the ability to in an out of the US, including to Canada
- Must be located in Anchorage, Alaska or be willing to relocate within 30 days if not already residing within one (1) hour of Anchorage
- Must have a strong safety awareness and the ability to adhere to Safety Management Systems (SMS)
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, including a motor vehicle record check for the previous 36 months, and pre-employment DOT drug screen

Must be able to work in all types of weather, including extreme temperatures
Compensation and benefits
Summary
- $120,000 New Hire Bonus for Direct Entry Captains paid over 3 years.
- $30,000 Instructor Bonus for Direct Entry Captains pursuing Instructor qualifications (1 year commitment)
