Minimum requirements

Total time	2500 hours
Multi-engine	1000 hours
Turbine	1000 hours
Type rating	Not required (Training Provided)
Flight time notes 1000 hours must be multi-engine turbine flight time 1000 hours total flight time will be air carrier experience
License	ATP
Lic. Authority	FAA
Medical	Class 1
Covid-19 vaccination	Required where permitted by applicable law

Must possess High School Diploma/GED
Must possess all current ratings to operate commercial aircraft for a Part 121 operation, including an Airline Transport Pilot certificate
Must not have a record of any FAA Certificate Action or Administrative Action within the prior 24 months
Must have the ability to in an out of the US, including to Canada
Must be located in Anchorage, Alaska or be willing to relocate within 30 days if not already residing within one (1) hour of Anchorage
Must have a strong safety awareness and the ability to adhere to Safety Management Systems (SMS)
Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, including a motor vehicle record check for the previous 36 months, and pre-employment DOT drug screen

Conditions of the role

$120,000 New Hire Bonus for Direct Entry Captains paid over 3 years.
$30,000 Instructor Bonus for Direct Entry Captains pursuing Instructor qualifications (1 year commitment)
