1000 hours total flight time will be air carrier experience
Must have at least 1000 hours of air carrier experience as defined by FAR 121.436. If transitioning from a scheduled 135 operation without any 121 hours, signing an affidavit of compliance with FAA Regulation § 121.436(3) is mandatory prior to hire.

Additional requirements
Must possess High School Diploma/GED
Must possess all current ratings to operate commercial aircraft for a Part 121 operation, including an Airline Transport Pilot certificate
Must not have a record of any FAA Certificate Action or Administrative Action within the prior 24 months
Must have the ability to in an out of the US, including to Canada
Must be located in Anchorage, Alaska or be willing to relocate within 30 days if not already residing within one (1) hour of Anchorage
Must have a strong safety awareness and the ability to adhere to Safety Management Systems (SMS)
Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, including a motor vehicle record check for the previous 36 months, and pre-employment DOT drug screen

Summary
$120,000 New Hire Bonus for Direct Entry Captains paid over 3 years.
$30,000 Instructor Bonus for Direct Entry Captains pursuing Instructor qualifications (1 year commitment)
