Bachelors Degree in a related field
Completion of a military aviation safety-training program or civilian equivalent.
5+ years experience defining, developing, managing, and coordinating flight safety and/or SMS programs.
Familiarity with US and International Aviation regulatory agencies and functions, specifically with regard to Aviation safety.

Ability to plan and lead successful organizational change efforts from concept through adoption and continuous improvement.
Experience developing technical publications and process documentation.
Industrial OSHA Safety Experience.

Travel

Occasional to frequent overnight travel as needed to ensure off premise work site safety and regulatory compliance. Local travel, and out-of-area or overnight travel may be expected for field visits, business and customer meetings usually within the CONUS.
