Compensation & Benefits

Summary

  • The training period for the captain is a contract employee. Contracted as a full-time employee or a contract employee after being appointed as a captain.
  • Salary - After appointment, according to our regulations
  • Based in Kagoshima during the training period; Base location Sapporo / Okadama Airport upon training completion
  • Days off are 115 days a year (120 days a year after 2022)
  • Annual paid leave 10-20 days a year
  • Various social insurance, employee special boarding system, etc.
